Makes about 8 servings.

Whether you're hosting a party or just want a nutrient-packed healthy snack, this low-sodium salsa recipe is for you. It's the healthy companion to that naked tortilla chip.

1/4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 Cup corn kernels
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
2 Cups diced tomato (about two medium tomatoes)
2 Serrano peppers chopped
1 Cup red bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 bell medium)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Orange juice

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet. Saute garlic, onion and corn for about 3 minutes. Let cool.

2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
